TTR-04CW Tripod turnstile is designed for outdoor application or unheated areas. Due to the elegant design and high reliability, TTR-04CW compact tripod turnstile can be used at checkpoints of ski resorts, parks, sports and entertainment facilities, and construction sites.
-
The turnstile housing includes a built-in heating system that maintains the temperature inside the housing above 0 °C, that allows using the tripod turnstile at subzero temperatures. TTR-04CW turnstile can operate at ambient temperatures from - 40 °C to + 50 °C.
To increase corrosion resistance, a 9-micron zinc layer is applied to the turnstile housing by electrochemical galvanizing, and then powder coating is performed.

Turnstile with built-in electronics and built-in heating system
RС-panel
Set of three standard barrier arms
-
To ensure a fast and convenient passage, it is recommended to install one turnstile for every 500 people working one shift or based on the 30 people/minute peak load.
Turnstiles can also be completed with railings produced in the same design.
-
If necessary, the built-in mechanical release key allows unblocking the turnstile and ensures free rotation of barrier arms.
The control board provides emergency unblocking upon receiving the Fire Alarm signal (Fire Alarm input).
It is possible to connect the intrusion detector and siren to the turnstile.
-
Turnstile can be operated from an access control system (ACS) or as a standalone unit from RC-panel or WRC (purchased separately).
The TTR-04CW model has built-in electronics (CLB board) in the upper part of the turnstile housing and is powered by 12V DC.
The ability to select the control mode (pulse or potential) ensures correct operation in access control systems of any manufacturer.
The operation mode (passage permission and denial) can be set independently for each passage direction. The optical sensors built into the turnstile housing record the actual fact of passage and its direction, which ensures correct accounting of working hours in access control systems.
The control board placed inside the turnstile housing provides a complete set of control modes. The control board has inputs to connect sound indication (siren) and outputs to connect remote indication blocks.
A built-in hydraulic damper ensures smooth and quiet operation of the turnstile.
-
The top cover displays the passage direction and turnstile state indication (open/closed).
Relay outputs are provided for connecting additional remote indicators of the prohibition /permission of passages.
